As the holidays approach, United Airlines wants you to know you can book them with confidence. In a not-so-subtle dig into operational issues that plagued other carriers (most recently American Airlines), United CEO Scott Kirby sent an email touting his stable schedule, strong endowment agreements and enviable vaccination record. It all adds up, Kirby claims, to United as the obvious choice for vacation travel.
