Brand new Suffolk County restaurant blends American and French cuisine

A brand new restaurant on Long Island offers a menu that combines American and French cuisine.

The Réserve restaurant held its official grand opening on Friday February 18 and Saturday February 19.

Located at 326 West Jericho Turnpike in Huntington, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including brie and fig pizzas, New York strip loin and hearty lobster-based gnocchi.

The restaurant also offers Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring dishes such as avocado toast, quiche Lorraine, and smoked salmon eggs benedict.

Online reviews have praised the restaurant’s service and fresh dishes.

“We dined at Reserve tonight for opening night and this place exceeded all expectations,” Brianne B., of Long Beach, said in a Yelp review. “The food was so fresh, delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Compliments to the chef.”

“We had steak dinner here and the cuts were amazing,” Gabriel T., from Brooklyn, said in a Yelp review. “Great music and friendly staff. We wanted to try somewhere new and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Glad we found this gem.”

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
