Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud is optimistic about opening of latest restaurant, Le Pavilion, in New York

Midtown Manhattan (WABC) – Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud opens his latest restaurant in Manhattan.

The Pavilion is located on One Vanderbilt on 42nd Street next to Grand Central Terminal, and its success depends on the resurgence of the Big Apple when New York City reopens.

Boulud believes the city will be back and is optimistic about the latest serves.

“Tourists are starting to visit again. Interestingly, we have been training our staff for the past few weeks. At night, tourist buses pass by, and it’s full and full. I haven’t seen it, so that’s a sign. “” The whole city revived and the restaurant industry was devastated, but hope and energy exploded. “

To commemorate the opening, the Boulud Food1st non-profit association received a donation of $ 250,000.

This funding will allow organizations to continue feeding New Yorkers and paramedics with limited access to food.
