For this exclusive event, the two chefs will join hands to bring the best of Italian and French cuisines to the 10-course dinner at La Scala Bangkok. Mouthwatering dishes to look forward to include Chef Arnaud’s caviar, potato and sea urchin dish and Chef Eugenio’s snail, seaweed and fermented cabbage dish.
After leaving Le Normandie, chef Arnaud now offers meals at home while preparing for the opening of his two restaurants, Maison Dunand and ALPEA. Since earning two Michelin stars for Le Normandie where he’s been the head chef for the past nine years, Chef Arnaud needs little introduction for his exceptional French culinary techniques. On the other hand, Chef Eugenio’s brings rich experiences from many of the world’s most famous cuisines.
