The beloved West Village spot L’Artusi is opening a stylish new wine bar just steps away!

All of you poor souls perpetually stuck on the waiting list for a table at L’Artusi, your time has finally come.

Well, maybe.

Everyone’s favorite pasta restaurant in West Village has just opened a new restaurant and wine bar! Located just one block from 520 Hudson Street, b’artusi (like, how amazing is that name !?) is a bright, colorful 40-seat space that, get it, is only accessible outdoors! While you won’t be fighting on Resy for a reservation, there’s a good chance you’ll be fighting to get to the front of the long line of desperate customers spotted on the sidewalk. But hey, if you arrive super early or super late, at least you have a chance!

With longtime L’Artusi Executive Chef Joe Vigorito overseeing the cuisine, this place is sure to be a culinary destination. How to start a chopped Sicilian salad with finocchiona, olives, fried chickpeas and peaches, braised short rib lasagna with red wine braised short ribs lightly seasoned with horseradish and orange zest, topped with fresh pasta and mozzarella cheese as a main course, one next to the ‘Cacio e Pepe’ broccoli with pecorino and lemon for the table, and a hot spicy pear crostata with maple nut ice cream to finish it off ?

b’artusi is open for lunch and dinner from noon to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

We’ll see each other there!
